Booking Conditions:
1/ General Conditions: In order for us to guarantee your booking, we will request your Credit/Debit Card number, its expiration date and its cryptogram.
The equivalent amount of one overnight stay will be charged as a deposit at the time of booking.
2/ Organisation of your stay:
- Your arrival:
The bedrooms are available at 15:00 hours (3:00 p.m.) on your arrival day.
If you want to arrive earlier, contact us beforehand and we will prepare your room as soon as possible.
For any arrival after 18:00 hours (6:00 p.m.), we would appreciate if you could let us know so that we can keep your reservation and we can guarantee your stay.
- Your Departure:
Please check out no later than 10:00 a.m. on your departure day.
3) Payment Terms
We accept debit/credit cards, cheques, or money transfer.
Accepted credit cards include VISA, Mastercard and American Express
4) Liabilities and Guarantees
We cannot be responsible for mishaps on your trip, in a case of force majeure or an unpredictable and unavoidable situation with a third party.
Please note that photographs on our website and our documents are provided for information only and do not constitute a contractual commitment.
Cancellation Policy
The deposit is non-refundable
In case of cancellation, the following fees are due:
- Stays of 3 nights or less: We charge 100% of the cost of the stay if the cancellation is made less than 6 days before the arrival date.
- Staying more than 3 nights:
* We charge 50% of the cost of the stay if the cancellation is made less than 20 days before the arrival date.
* 100% of the cost of the stay if the cancellation is made less than 6 days before the arrival date.
- No-Show on the day of arrival: 100 % of the cost of the stay including all purchased services. |
