Booking Conditions:
1/ General Conditions: In order for us to guarantee your reservations, we will request your Credit Card number, its expiration date and its cryptogram.
The equivalent amount to the overnight stay will be charged to your credit card when you make your reservation as a deposit.
2/ Organisation of your stay:
- Your arrival:
The bedrooms are available at 15:00 hours (3:00 p.m.) on your arrival day.
If you want to arrive earlier, inform us and we will prepare your room as soon as possible.
For any arrival after 18:00 hours (6:00 p.m.), we would appreciate if you could inform us so that we can keep your reservation and we can guarantee your admission in a nice way.
- Your Departure:
Please check out no later than 10:00 a.m. on your departure day.
 3) Payment Terms
We accept credit cards, checks, or transfer money.
Accepted credit cards include VISA, Mastercard and American Express
4)Â Liabilities and Guarantees
We cannot be responsible for mishaps on your trip, in a case of force majeure or an unpredictable and unavoidable situation with a third party.Â

Cancellation Policy
The deposit is non-refundable
In case of cancellation, the following fees are non-refundable:
- Staying 3 nights or less: 100% of the overnight rate  if the cancellation is made less than 6 days before the arrival date.
- Staying over 3 nights:
* 50% of the cost of the stay if the cancellation is made less than 20 days before the arrival date.
* 100% of the cost of the stay if the cancellation is made less than 6 days before the arrival date.
 - No-Show on the day of arrival: 100 % of the cost of the stay including all purchased services.
